Description du poste

  • you will be providing daily Human Resource guidance, advice and support to assigned business unit employees and managers on all functional areas of Human Resources management in Morocco. The Senior HR Generalist will directly address more complex HR issues with the business, employees or the HR Manager
  • As a business partner - liaise with other internal Centers of Excellence to provide first class service to business unit clients (i.e. Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Global Mobility, Legal, etc.)
  • Performance Management for employees in the business units supported (i.e. disciplinary measures, Performance Improvement Plans, corrective measures, etc.
  • Provide effective and timely support and advice on a variety of HR activities and practices to managers, supervisors and employees under the direction of the HR Manager
  • Developing and administering effective human relations programs that support the company's corporate objective
  • Demonstrate broad employment law knowledge
  • Employee engagement and Labour relations – development and implementation of work-life balance programs, engagement program delivery and grievance, investigation and issues management
  • Complete projects in support of corporate strategies and initiatives
  • Align resources and people to meet strategy goals
  • Provide support for performance review process and other periodic or year-end programs
  • Reporting and Analytics – data insights and analytics based on our HRIS monthly report
  • Liaise with Payroll and other HR departments to ensure flow and maintenance of employee data
  • On-boarding/Off-boarding employees, new Hires/transfers
  • Administrative duties as needed (i.e. offer letters, separation agreements, new hire/termination paperwork, benefits information,etc.

Profils recherchés pour ce poste

  • Fluency in Arabic, English and French.
  • 6 to 8 years of progressive and relevant HR experience.
  • Excellent working knowledge of employment legislation and best practice in Morocco and other countries in Africa
  • Ability to build relationships and trust at all levels in the organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter able to work with minimum supervision and manage multi-projects at the same time.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in a variety of situations.
  • Ability to research, evaluate and make recommendations.
  • Proven ability to succeed in a matrixed organization, supporting multiple managers and clients.
  • Flexible, willing to travel
