Description du poste

As a field service engineer, support technical service operations andensure technical service quality within process.

Major Accountabilities Technical activities: support all technical request in North & WestAfrica (troubelshooting, preventive maintenance, technical serviceactivity) on our equipment at customer site and workshop. Ensuretechnical service quality, implement and follow process.

  • Ensure instrumentation and test equipment are in compliance with regulatory requirements and quality control standards.
  • Develop service sales and follow financial process setup by Area Head and International Area Technical Service Manager.
  • Support spare parts management, including the timely return of strategic spare part cores, maintain minimumal spare part inventories while achieving high customer service. Attains inventory turn goals for the area/region.
  • Service Technical Training: Achieve technical training program to meet requirements and scope of responsibilities.
  • Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate with customer. Provides direct feedback to local management and area management as appropriate. Provides periodic reporting detailing performance, technical issues, achievements toward key objectives, etc. Communicates critical technical issues to the technical service manager.

Profils recherchés pour ce poste

  • Minimum requirements 6 years experience in a medical instrument service organization with 3 years as aTechnical Service Specialist (preferred).
