Description du poste

In addition to providing the full range of administrative support to the head of HR, this role will provide administrative HR support to the relevant business units, including Staffing & Mobility, Learning & development, Career development and general HR administration and reporting.

Profil recherché

  • The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • · Bachelor’s degree preferably in Human Resources, business or administration
  • · 1-2 years HR experience preferred
  • · Experience providing high level of customer service, managing highly confidential materials and administrative tasks
  • · Experience in a professional services firm is a plus
  • · Proficient computer skills: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • · Fluent in both French and English with effective oral and written communication skills. Arabic or Portuguese is a plus

  • Provides executive secretarial support to Head of Human Resources
  • Monitors completeness, maintains and updates staff file databases (HROnline, PDOnline, Staffing Online, Training Online) for multiple offices (Casablanca, Luanda and Lagos)
  • Registers and updates Alumni database and organize Alumni meetings
  • Prepares Employee contracts for newly hired people
  • Supports HR Manager to prepare bonus, tenure increase and promotion letters
  • Coordinates travel for all HR business trips as requested (proactively setting up all aspects of travel, inc. car service, late arrival notices to hotels, etc., where appropriate)
  • Coordinates meetings for the whole office
  • Coordinates HR events
  • Maintains/manages CD meetings or training session’s calendar; sets and confirms appointments.
  • Executes logistics for local and regional training and arranges HR meetings (CD committee, local HR events and HR meetings): Room booking, arranging food for meetings, proactively ensuring that executives are prepared for meetings, …
  • Supports BST Managers in screening CV's for BST recruiting.
  • Sets up interviews.
  • Supports HR Managers with the Career Development committee preparation
  • Assists HR Manager in setting up interviews with consultants and between consultants and CD advisors.
  • Initiates FD feedbacks and monitor feedback completeness
  • Supports HR Managers with the HR process (staffing, CD, Mobility)
  • Controls timesheets
