Key Responsibilities
The Graduate Sales Representative is responsible for selling support services offers at After Point of Sale (APOS) to specified customer segments and/or geographical regions, ensuring best in class performance. The daily activities and responsibilities include:

  • Attain targeted sales goals for assigned account set, mainly customers/partners
  • Work with sales teams, sales management and support services sales specialists on account planning activity
  • Proactively identifies customers and partners' needs and requirements and recommend appropriate 
  • Act as a subject matter expert on all elements of the Services portfolio to support the sales organization to meet and/or exceed their objectives
  • Focus on delivering a positive customer experience according standards and ethics through engaging with the customer directly whilst building a relationship
  • Develop, implement and follow up on plans to ensure best in class performance for the programs that he/she is responsible for
  • Stay up to date with all new services offerings (POS and APOS) and Solutions, including market and competition trends

Profils recherchés pour ce poste

  • University educated or equivalent (Minimum Bachelor’s degree) obtained in the last 12 months
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
  • Proficient in managing time and resources, capable at self-managing from a day to day perspective
  • Is proficient in a broader range of service offerings
  • Engages cross functional resources, regardless of geographic location, in order to achieve goal/meet customer needs
  • Understanding of services and technology in the IT industry
